The Dixie State University Dental Hygiene Clinic is currently accepting patients. The clinic provides preventative oral health services to members of the community of all ages. "We would like to personally invite all community members to visit our clinic," Program Director and Associate Dean of Health Sciences Patricia Wintch said. "We love being an integral part of the community and meeting their needs.” Students perform preventative dental services including dental cleanings, sealant placements, fluoride treatments and whitening at discounted rates. The clinic also offers a special discount for DSU students and faculty. The DSU Dental Hygiene Program is nationally ranked with excellent clinical facilities and accomplished faculty. Students are currently available to see patients Tuesdays and Thursday from 8 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 4 p.m. In the spring semester, appointments will also be available on Mondays and Wednesdays. The clinic is situated in the Russell C. Taylor Health Sciences Center on the Dixie Regional Medical Center, located east of the main DSU campus.
